Course description:
Join us for a hybrid training class combining ballet-inspired movements with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. This class also focuses on high repetitions of small-amplitude movements.
*IMPORTANT: In order for the course to be given in person, we need a minimum of 6 registrations!
