Course description:
Participate in this functional workout with sequences of specific muscular and cardiovascular exercises to improve endurance, strength, tone, stability and agility. This workout follows a rhythm of 20 seconds of high-intensity effort with 10 seconds of rest.
*IMPORTANT: We need a minimum of 6 registrations to run the class!

What you'll need:
All you'll need for this class is sportswear, trainers, a yoga mat and a bottle of water (and maybe a small towel)!
