Course description:
This blend of Pilates and chair yoga will give you a workout that increases strength and improves posture, while increasing flexibility and reducing stiffness. Pilates-style exercises aim to strengthen the core abdominal muscles, which support the spine and help with better posture, while yoga helps you stretch and focus on matching breath to movement.
*IMPORTANT: In order for the course to be given in person, we need a minimum of 6 registrations!
