Course description:
Participate in this functional workout with sequences of specific cardiovascular and muscular exercises that will improve your endurance, strength, tone, abdominal strength, stability and agility, all while having fun.
*IMPORTANT: We need a minimum of 6 registrations to run the class!

What you'll need:
All you'll need for this class is sportswear, trainers, a yoga mat and a bottle of water (and maybe a small towel)!
