Course description:
Join us for postnatal classes designed to gently improve your abdominal and pelvic floor strength. Participate with your child (usual age range: 6 wks to 12 months, but we accept 0-18 months) in this functional workout.
You are all welcome as long as your doctor has approved the physical activity. *Dads, grandparents or other caregivers are welcome*.
*IMPORTANT: We need a minimum of 6 registrations to run the class!

All you'll need for this class is sportswear, gym shoes, your mat and a bottle of water! However, feel free to bring things to make baby more comfortable.
