Course description:
Yin Repair allows the body to stretch in depth. Postures are performed on the floor, supported by accessories (block, blanket, etc.) and held for longer periods (3 to 5 minutes).
This gentle class combines breathing, meditation and deep stretching.
*IMPORTANT: We need a minimum of 6 registrations to run the class!
