Course description:
Our Morning Yoga is a way to honor your morning energy level. This class will allow you to enjoy unprecedented calm, warm up and energize the body so you can enjoy the rest of your day with vitality. We'll go indoors in case of rain or cold. Outdoor classes start towards the end of May.
*IMPORTANT: We need a minimum of 6 registrations to run the class!
